FAQ
Everything you need to knowbefore you start
The sixteen questions business owners ask most often — answered straight, no spin.
Connecting with Google
How does Raddly connect to my Google business profile?
Through Google’s official OAuth authorization: you sign in with the Google account that owns the profile and grant us permission to read reviews and reply to them only. We never see your password or any other service in your account.
Can I disconnect later?
Yes, anytime — from Raddly’s settings with a single tap, or from your Google account’s permissions page. Access stops immediately once you revoke it.
I have multiple branches — do I need an account for each?
No. A single account manages all your branches. The number of branches available depends on your plan: one on Starter, three on Growth, and ten on Pro.
My business isn’t on Google yet — can you help?
Yes. We offer a service to create and verify your Google Business profile as part of onboarding. Message us via the Contact page and choose the “Create a Google Business profile” topic.
Replies & AI
Are replies published automatically without my approval?
By default, no — every reply stays in an “awaiting your approval” state until you approve it. The Pro plan offers an auto-pilot option for five-star reviews only, which you enable yourself if you wish.
What language or dialect are the replies in?
Raddly detects the review’s language and responds in kind: Modern Standard Arabic, a Gulf or Egyptian dialect, or English. You set the overall tone and brand identity from your settings.
What if I don’t like the suggested reply?
Edit it directly before publishing, or ask for a fresh regeneration. The number of regenerations per review depends on your plan (two on Starter, up to five on Pro).
How does it handle negative reviews?
With extra care: it apologizes professionally without admitting fault, invites the customer to get in touch directly, and never argues. Even so, your review before publishing is the final safeguard.
Plans & billing
What’s the difference between the plans?
The difference is in monthly replies, number of branches, and regenerations: Starter (100 replies / 1 branch), Growth (400 replies / 3 branches), Pro (1,200 replies / 10 branches with auto-pilot). For large chains there’s a dedicated Enterprise plan.
Can I upgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and cancelling stops the next renewal while your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
What happens if I use up my monthly reply quota?
Reviews keep arriving on your dashboard and you can reply manually, but AI reply generation pauses until the start of the next month or until you upgrade your plan.
What currency do I pay in?
Saudi Riyal or US Dollar, monthly or annually (with a 20% discount on annual). Payment is secure through a global billing provider, and we don’t store your card details.
Security & privacy
What data does Raddly access from my Google account?
Only what the service needs: your business profile info (name and branches), reviews and their replies. We don’t access your email, contacts, or any other service, and we comply with Google’s Limited Use policy.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. The review text is sent to the model provider solely to generate the reply, under agreements that prohibit using it for training, and we never sell your data to any third party.
Where is my data stored and how is it protected?
In databases encrypted in transit and at rest, with strict isolation between customer accounts and limited internal access. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Do you comply with Saudi Arabia’s PDPL data-protection law?
Yes, our practices are designed to comply with the Kingdom’s Personal Data Protection Law, and you have the rights of access, correction, and deletion outlined in the Privacy Policy.
