Terms of Service
Last updated: June 16, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms govern your use of the Raddly platform available at raddly.net (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
2. Service Description
Raddly is a platform that helps businesses manage their Google Business Profile reviews: syncing reviews, generating AI-suggested replies, and publishing the ones the user approves to Google. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google; your interaction with Google’s platforms is subject to Google’s own terms.
3. Account & Eligibility
To create an account you must be of legal age and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may not connect a Google Business profile you are not authorized to manage, and we may suspend any account we suspect of impersonating a business it does not represent.
4. Subscriptions, Payment & Refunds
- The Service is offered through monthly or annual subscription plans that differ in the number of monthly replies, number of branches, and features, as shown on the Pricing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date; cancellation stops the next renewal while your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
- We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription. After that, amounts for current periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Unused monthly reply quota does not roll over to the next month.
- Payments are processed through an external billing provider; prices may change with reasonable notice to you before the next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
Using the Service for any of the following is prohibited:
- Publishing misleading or fraudulent replies, or replies that violate Google’s content policies.
- Violating any applicable law or the rights of others.
- Attempting to bypass plan limits, hack the Service, or resell it without a written agreement with us.
- Creating accounts with impersonated identities or connecting business profiles you do not manage.
We may suspend or terminate any account that violates this section, with notice to you where possible.
6. AI-Generated Content
The replies Raddly suggests are generated automatically and may contain errors or wording unsuitable for your context. You — not Raddly — are ultimately responsible for any reply you approve and that is published in your business’s name, including replies published via the Auto-Pilot feature that you enable by choice. Review replies before approving them, especially on sensitive topics (health complaints, financial disputes, legal claims).
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, logo, and software are owned by or licensed to Raddly. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription. You retain your rights to your business data, and the replies you approve and publish belong to your business. You grant us a limited license to process this data only as needed to operate the Service.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without express or implied warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as an improved rating for your business). We are not liable for outages or changes imposed by Google’s APIs or external service providers. In all cases, our total liability to you will not exceed what you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Suspension & Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings, after which your data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We may suspend the Service or terminate the account upon a material breach of these terms or payment default, with notice to you and a reasonable opportunity to cure where possible. Sections 6, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing Law & Changes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them after amicable resolution is exhausted. We may amend these terms from time to time; for any material amendment we will notify you before it takes effect, and your continued use of the Service afterward constitutes acceptance. To contact us: info@raddly.net or the Contact page.
11. Language of the Agreement
These terms are published in Arabic and English. The Arabic version is the legally binding one; the English version is a translation provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy in meaning between the two texts, the Arabic text prevails.
